Cession and restructuration of Resins Division
As of 1st of July, our resins for coatings and our photocure resins (Sartomer) are marketed by Arkema which has acquired these businesses worldwide.
Still within Total group, Hydrocarbon Specialty Chemicals remain marketed under the Cray Valley trademark, and our solutions for composites are being structured worldwide under the CCP Composites name. |

The Hydrocarbon Specialty Chemical (HSC) division of Cray Valley has obtained approval to construct a new manufacturing facility in Beaumont, Texas to produce hydrogenated tackifying resins.
