Norsolene Force Majeure Declaration

Charles-Henri Robert, Managing Director, Tackifying Resins, writes:

"A serious industrial accident occured July 15th, 2009 at the Total Petrochemicals France site in Carling-Saint-Avold, where Cray Valley NORSOLENE production unit is located."
"As a consequence of this event, which was totally outside the control of Cray Valley, Cray Valley is compelled to declare force majeure with immediate effect and for an indefinite period."
