30th and 31st ATPs: the last 2 Adaptations to Technical Progress need not be implemented since regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) has entered into force on the 20 January 2009.
A first Adaptation will amend Annex VI to the CLP regulation (EC) 1272/2008, and include the 30th and 31st ATPs. This ATP is due to be published in the summer of 2009.
Cray Valley SDSs comply with the REACH format and will be complemented in accordance with the REACH regulation based on the progress of the registration of Cray Valley substances and those of our suppliers.
